The West Highlands Townhome Association was formed as the Highlands Townhome development was completed in early 2006.  The Association is incorporated to manage the common property and service responsibilities that include streets, sidewalks, lawn care, snow removal, common playground, and common area trees, drainage, etc.  

The property as marked in the map at the left, consists of the development bounded by the Highlands Golf Course on the west, the Highlands Aquatic Center on the south, NW 13 street on the east, and West Fletcher Avenue on the North. West Highland owners (94 Units) are the members of the Association.
